We want customers to be fully satisfied, but we also run a fast-moving fashion model where items rotate quickly. To keep things fair and transparent, the following rules apply:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
You received the wrong item
The size/color/style delivered is different from what you ordered
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Used, worn, or washed items
Fragrances, socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
Items damaged due to customer handling
“Change of mind” returns (wrong choice, don’t like the item, etc.)
2. Return Process
To start a return, email: support@prismapk.com with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue
Description of the problem
Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will provide shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for sending the item back unless the mistake is ours.
3. Refund Policy
