RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PRISMA

We want customers to be fully satisfied, but we also run a fast-moving fashion model where items rotate quickly. To keep things fair and transparent, the following rules apply:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size/color/style delivered is different from what you ordered

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Fragrances, socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • “Change of mind” returns (wrong choice, don’t like the item, etc.)


2. Return Process

To start a return, email: support@prismapk.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will provide shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for sending the item back unless the mistake is ours.


3. Refund Policy

Depending on the situation:

a. If the mistake is from our side

You get one of the following, your choice:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

b. If the return is not due to our error

Refunds are not issued.
We may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds (if approved) take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


5. Exchanges

We ONLY allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange depends on stock availability.
