Shipping policy

1. Shipping Time
All PRISMA orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during sales, launches, or high-demand periods.

2. Delivery Method
We deliver across Pakistan with Standard delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.

3. Shipping Costs
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions
